Requests for new languages

If you would like to have a new language project added, please post it here. Everyone is welcome to post comments and thoughts. One key issue that will be used to evaluate starting a new language project, is a large enough base to support the language. Too few people, and the project typically goes dormant. In addition to posting the interest in a project, please post your username if you would be willing to get involved.
